Good afternoon sir, I am Irfan Ahmad from kangan ganderbal. On 26 August 2023 I ordered some items like floor maida choker etc from the marchant namely Mohammad Shafi Ganie resident of Larson Barso Ganderbal. I has ordered 50 bags of Maida @50kg 50 bags of R Atta @40 kg Choker 200 bags @20kg Atta R 10 kg. When the truck arrived on my shop and we unloaded the floor and choker. There were 10 bags of R Atta@40 kg and 10 bags of Maida @50kg I only received 40 bags each. I called the marchant regarding this issue he assured me to fix this. But when he send the bill to me he has written 50 50 bags each. While as on the ebill 50 50 bags are shown. I am continuously in touch with him and the Sales executive MR Umar . Both guys are saying verbally that items have been delivered correctly not showing me the challan and weight of the vehicle when truck was checked on weighing machine. The amount of missing items are almost 30000 rupees. This is a huge amount for me . If I will sell your floor two consecutive years I cannot earn that loss. Kindly help me in this issue. Kindly solve my problem. Thanks
